Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use the HoldFile Proof Pack. HoldFile is operated by Jeddah Express Limited, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia ("HoldFile", "we", "us"). By buying a Proof Pack, you agree to these terms.

What we do

HoldFile helps online sellers whose payouts are frozen or on hold organize their evidence and write their appeal. After you pay and send us your documents by email, we prepare your Proof Pack: a 1-page summary of your case, a timeline, your proof sorted and labelled, a checklist of anything still missing, and 3 ready-to-send messages (first appeal, day-7 follow-up and a firmer escalation). We also check in with you on day 7 and day 14. We deliver your Proof Pack by email within 24 hours of receiving your documents.

No guarantee of outcome

Only the payment platform (for example PayPal, Stripe, eBay or Amazon) can decide whether to release your money. We are not part of, or affiliated with, any of these platforms. We can't promise any result, and no release is guaranteed.

Not legal or financial advice

HoldFile is not a law firm. Nothing we provide is legal or financial advice. If you need legal or financial advice, please speak to a qualified professional.

Your responsibilities

• The information and documents you send us must be true, accurate and yours to share.
• You review the Proof Pack and decide what to send. You submit your appeal and messages to the platform yourself.
• We never log in to your accounts and we never ask for your passwords.
• We won't help create false or altered documents.

Price and payment

The Proof Pack costs $49 USD, one time, paid through PayPal. We don't take a percentage of any money released.

Refund Policy

• Before we start: if you ask for a refund before we start work on your Proof Pack, you get a full refund.
• If we're late: if we don't deliver your Proof Pack within 24 hours of receiving your documents, you get a full refund.
• After delivery: once your Proof Pack is delivered, we can't refund based on the outcome, because the platform's decision is outside our control.

To ask for a refund, email hello@getholdfile.com from the email you paid with. Refunds go back through PayPal.

Our responsibility

We do our work carefully, but to the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you buy applies to your purchase.
