Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information HoldFile collects, why, and what we do with it. HoldFile is operated by Jeddah Express Limited, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia ("HoldFile", "we", "us").
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- The documents and messages you send us for your case, such as notices from the payment platform, support emails, order, shipping and refund records, and supplier invoices.
- Anything else you choose to tell us when you email us.
- Payment details are handled by PayPal. We see that you paid, plus the name and email PayPal shares with us. We never see or store your card or bank details.
We never ask for your passwords. Please don't send them to us.
Why we use it
We use your information only to build your Proof Pack, to talk with you about your case (including our day-7 and day-14 check-ins), and to handle payments and refunds. We don't use your documents for anything else.
Who can see it
Only the HoldFile team working on your case. Your payment is processed by PayPal under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone else, including the platform holding your money, unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We delete your case documents within 90 days after your case closes, or sooner if you ask. We may keep a basic record of your payment (name, email, amount and date) for our accounts.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@getholdfile.com and we will reply.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable care to keep your information safe. No email or online system is completely secure, so only send what your case needs.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date.
